Fiberglass Tadpole Tape

Plain Fiberglass Tadpole Tape - Dry & Stitched   (sold by the lineal foot in 4 standard lengths)

Manufactured from plain fiberglass cloth formed over a dense knitted glass rope and stitched to provide a standard tail structure. A soft resilient gasket material for sealing metal flanges and where low bolt force is available. Also used to seal where doors and other closures rest on the bulb of the packing.  

• Available in increments of 10', 25', 50' and 100'.

For service temperatures to 1000°F.

• For operating temperatures to 1000°F.

• Manufactured from plain fiberglass cloth formed over 304ss or Inconel mesh bulb filler and stitched to provide a standard tail structure. A soft resilient gasket material for sealing metal flanges and where low bolt force is available. Also used to seal where doors and other closures rest on the bulb of the packing.
