Wire Inserted Fiberglass
Cloth is frictioned with a blend of natural or SBR rubber
compound from which the packing sizes are carefully formed
either in solid or accordian pleated construction and
squared to accurate dimensional sizes. The finished
packing has a light talc dusting and is supplied in
standard 25 foot lengths.
For use as an alternative
to asbestos luting and groove packing for door gasketing
at temperatures to 500°F.
